Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Kindly make an unboxing video and If you received your order damaged, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue. and provide you with a replacement. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 
REFUND POLICY
In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

We accepts returns and exchanges within 7 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition, as it was delivered to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders. To return an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item.

REFUNDS
Once we receive the return order, it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us at lowcostools@gmail.com

INVALID REASONS
